SkinRate.pl (the "Service") is a free price comparison tool for Counter-Strike 2 skins. Using the Service implies acceptance of these Terms.

SkinRate is an informational tool only. The Service:

• Does NOT sell, buy, or broker skin trades
• Displays prices fetched from third-party platforms (Skinport, CSFloat, DMarket, WaxPeer, CSGOEmpire)
• Is not affiliated with Valve Corporation or Counter-Strike 2

Prices are fetched automatically and may be outdated (typically up to a few hours). SkinRate does not guarantee:

• Availability of a skin at the time of purchase
• Accuracy of displayed prices
• Correctness of data fetched from external platforms

Always verify the current price directly on the platform before purchasing.

The Service uses affiliate programs. Clicking a link to an external platform may result in a commission being attributed to SkinRate's account. This does not affect displayed prices or service quality.

SkinRate is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Transactions made on external platforms
• Outdated or incorrect price data
• Unavailability of the service or external APIs

Scraping, automated querying of the service API, or any actions that may disrupt its operation are prohibited.

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Matters not covered herein are subject to the Polish Civil Code and GDPR regulations.
